Investment in MFs shall be at the sole risk of the Client; neither Barclays Bank LLC, nor its affiliates shall be liable for any such damage or losses that may be incurred in connection with the aforementioned investment. Barclays Bank LLC has the right to share information on the unit transactions made by the Client with Barclays Bank LLC and its affiliates, as well as with third parties engaged by Barclays Bank LLC to provide it with support for assistance in the performance of its obligations to the Client in accordance with instruments signed by and between Barclays Bank LLC and the Client, as well as with public agencies where provided for by the RF laws in place.
